A true aromatherapy hydrolate is the water that is collected when plants are steam distilled for essential oil. Distillation begins with heating process resulting in steam, which are channeled through condensation, followed by filtration; separating the hydrolate as a by-product from the essential oil.

Oshadhi offers 80 different hydrolates of which 90% are certified organic. Unlike essential oil, hydrolate is 100% safe, they are ideal for situations that require gentle aromatic care, especially with children, the elderly, the highly sensitive, and those who are very debilitated by illness.
