1. High blood pressure problem:

Spikenard 3 drops + valerian 3 drops + ylang ylang 8 drops + virginia cedar 5 drops + lavender highland 5 drops + jojoba oil 30ml, apply onto whole body or soles of the feet everyday.

2. Chronic fatigue syndrome:

Spikenard 8 drops + ginger 5 drops + rhododendron 3 drops + clove bud 4 drops + ylang ylang  10 drops + evening primrose 10ml + jojoba oil 20ml
