Calamus, Acorus calamus(1239), is a traditional plant mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts and also the Old Testament, which is said to have many wonderful properties. The essential oil is little researched, and although it is not recommended for aromatherapeutic use, it is increasingly used in perfumery.

This is a pure therapeutic-quality aromatherapy essential oil produced using wild-crafted plants and traditional methods from Nepal, and is obtained from the roots of the plant.
