Chamomile roman 5 drops + cistus 3 drops + spikenard 1 drop + sweet orange 5 drops + lavender highland 1 drop. It can diffuse before sleep, or add into 50ml sweet almond oil and apply on the feet, stomach and sides of the spine. It can soothe the sensitive emotions, build up the sense of security and soothe the inexplicable abdominal pain.
