Recommend Formula and Effect

1. Bronchitis / Prevent respiratory problem:

Balsam fir 5 drops + silver fir 10 drops + Himalayan fir 5 drops + jojoba oil 30ml, apply on chest and neck. You may also make it into balm. 

2. Relieve from flu and influenza formula:

Eucalyptus globulus 4 drops + thyme ct. thujanol 2 drops + silver fir 2 drops + lavender spike 1 drop, diffuse to ease the discomfort of respiratory infections; also you may add this blend into 10ml base oil, massage the chest and both sides of the spine.
