Recommended use: Room spray, mouth gargle, nasal wash

Mouth Gargle

Works best in killing the bacteria, use it as mouth gargle 2-3 times a day when necessary.
1. Pour 10-15ml of the oil remedy using measuring cup (or 2 teaspoon).
2. Gargle it near your throat area with your chin up for 15–20 minutes, be careful not to swallow any.
3. Spit the hydrolate to the basin.
4. Rinse your mouth with water.
