Return & Refund

 

  1. Goods sold are not refundable.
  2. Oshadhi Malaysia reserves the rights to review each return or exchange on case-by-case basis.
  3. Refund will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your current account/ saving account, within 21 business days. 
  4. Eligible for return on following conditions only
    1. Damaged shipment
    2. Incorrect shipment
  5. Returns must be reported to us within 3 days (with proof of damage, i.e. picture) from date of received parcel and return to us within 7 days. 
  6. All products must be returned unopened and in its original packing. If seal of the product is opened or broken are considered sold and cannot be accepted for return. 
  7. For approved return cases, please allow 1 to 2 weeks. from the day you returned your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
