Rosemary cineol 5 drops + bay 5 drops + lemon 5 drops + lavender highland 5 drops, add into 10ml vodka and 90ml distilled water/hydrolat, prepare as a mother tincture. When in use, take 5ml of the mother tincture and dilute it in a warm water, gargle for 1-2 minutes, 3 times a day
